EMERGENCY OPERATIONAL GROUP
To take the Collective lead on day to day operations as it relates to the COVID 19 Emergency. The Group would function and act in the lest interest of MChigeeng First Nation Community and Staff.
The Mandate of this Group would be as follows:
To be the lead operational group as it relates to COVID 19 only. The EOG Group will provide regular reports to council in the form of meeting minutes and will provide recommendations as it relates to Governance matters requiring approval. The EOG shall be responsible in ensuring that regular communication as it relates to COVID 19 is distributed to the Community on a timely basis inclusive of bulk mail. The EOG shall meet on a weekly basis, every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.
Non Essential Travel Ban Group
The MChigeeng Non-Essential Travel Ban Group is an Advisory Group governed by MChigeeng Chief and Council.
The Mandate of the Non-Essential Travel Ban Group is to act in an advisory capacity providing guidance and support to the Chief and Council. Recommendations on the initiative and the improvement and quality of service delivery shall be made at regular meetings which will be recorded in minute format and transcribe to Chief and Council for approval on a regular basis.
